This page is the public privacy-request and account/data-deletion route for SilicoSoft Technologies Private Limited applications and services.
How to request deletion
- If the relevant app provides an in-app account deletion option, use that option first.
- Otherwise email it@silicosoft.in.
- State the exact product name, your organisation if applicable, and the email address or mobile number linked to the account.
- State whether you want account deletion, deletion of particular personal data, correction, consent withdrawal, or another privacy request.
- Do not send passwords, OTPs, full medical records or unnecessary sensitive information.

Verification and response
We may need to verify your identity and determine whether SilicoSoft or your subscribing organisation controls the relevant data. Where an employer, hospital, educational institution or other organisation controls the data, we may coordinate the request with that organisation.
Where deletion is permitted, applicable account data and personal data will be deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period. Certain records may need to be retained for legal, regulatory, healthcare, education, employment, payroll, security, fraud-prevention, audit or dispute-resolution purposes.
Product-specific note
For SilicoMed and RakshaRath, medical, emergency, trip or other healthcare-related records may be controlled by the subscribing hospital and may be subject to mandatory retention. For Asarfi HRMS, employment and payroll records may also be retained where legally or operationally required. Deleting an app account does not automatically require deletion of records that the subscribing organisation must lawfully retain.
ArogyaVeer: The employer generally controls employee operational data. Attendance selfies are retained for 60 days and then deleted automatically. Attendance location pings/sessions, visit GPS, login/session audits and employee account/profile records may be retained according to the employer’s operational, employment, security and legal requirements. Requests for access, correction or deletion may therefore need to be coordinated with the employer Admin.
Important for app-store account deletion
If an app allows users to create an account directly, SilicoSoft should also provide an accessible way to initiate account deletion from inside the app where required by applicable app-store rules. This webpage provides the public external deletion route and should be linked from relevant store listings and in-app privacy settings where appropriate.
Other privacy requests
You may use the same email address to request correction of inaccurate information, withdrawal of consent where applicable, information about personal-data handling, or grievance redressal.
